EuMIC 2009 Young Engineer Paper

The paper “A New Nonlinear HEMT Model for AlGaN/GaN Switch Applications” was the winner of the €2,000 EuMIC Young Engineer Prize
This paper in which AMCAD has been especially involved through its modelling team manager Dr Christophe Charbonniaud, has been presented by the young researcher Guillaume Callet during last European Microwave Week.
