AMCAD Laboratory is equipped with latest measurement hardware (PNA-X with VNA and NVNA applications, Harmonic tuners, Pulse IV systems, recent RF source and Spectrum Analyzers, Automatic Probe stations with temperature control ect.). This gives you the opportunity to make some advanced device characterization with a limited budget when such investments are not in line with the measurement volume needed for your project.
